What is ByensBlink?
ByensBlink, my latest entrepreneurial adventure, is a pressure-washing and facade-cleaning business.
Created in March 2024, the idea comes as a byproduct of my last exam during my project management education.
during this exam, the students were asked to hypothesize and plan the execution of a complex project and present how we, as project managers, would steer the project toward success.
Led by my entrepreneurial soul, I spotted a lack of this service in my neighborhood, and thus, a pain I could ease.
Having to plan such a complex project only in theory, never to be used seemed wasteful to me. Because of this, I went the extra mile to materialize the idea and bring the project to the real world. This not only generated an additional source of income but also gave me a priceless insight into the inner workings of a business and project steering success.
ByensBlink, being one of my most complex challenges so far, forced me to use a wide variety of tools within my skillset such as:
graphic design, web design, copywriting in Danish, project planning, branding, marketing, and salesmanship.
